Weigh in week 6

HI girls , had my weigh in on Thursday and disappointed to say only lost 2 Lbs. Started refeed on Thursday also , was in Dublin for the day , so not to sure how I did ,
Breakfast shake
Lunch maintenance bar
Dinner chick breast and small salad bowl..
 
2lbs is 2lbs less to carry around. I only lost 2 last week and was fed up but overall I feel fantastic. As everyone kept telling me... it's the bigger picture that is important. Enjoy your refeed xxxx
 
Thanks Josiejojo , was disappointed but at the same time it's 2 lb . I'm half afraid to eat lol and it seems to take me ages to finish ha . All the best for Christmas & new year
