Had weigh in last night . It was a good night all round really. I lost 5.5 pounds so all the exercise I am doing at the gym is paying off. As well as sticking to the plan 100%. I got slimmer of the week for 2nd week running in a row and I got my stone and half award as well as getting into the next stones:). It was my class's woman of the year party night too so we all had to wear red tops. my leader is wackey like that lol. The winner of woman of the year is 2 pounds off target so she is going onto district stage:)

I think exercise helps no end in your losses. I lose on average 3 - 4 lbs a week since having my treadmill.
