I had my weigh in today (4th one from restart) and i only lost 3lbs (well, 2.4lbs but it rounded up) :cry:i think my losing is slowing down, i don't want to lose any less each week!! anyone with any hints to have bigger losses? i'm not doing anything different now than when i had bigger losses so i really don't know what's slowing it down

Well done on your loss!

I really do think the losses balance out to the stone a month so look at the bigger picture :) My last two weigh ins have been a bit rubbish, but I reckon they'll pick up!

well done on ur loss hun, that bit closer to ur goal.
think theres alot to be said for exercising. i couldnt exercise last week as i was unwell and had my smallest loss so far.
recommended amount is 5times a week for 30mins at a moderate intensity. anything is good though..
