Hello everyone!
This was my first week of juddding. I have had a pretty decent week with no slip ups and even some exercise
I thought I had forgotten how 
So I had my first weigh in today, 7.4.10. 3lbs lost!
Pretty happy with that. Hope to keep it up next week
