just wondered when u have your first wi is it a week after your meeting becos ive noticed some of u r saying u got weighed after 3 days? x

Hi Sheena

For the first few weeks or so the counsellors offer "drop ins" for you to check in - they weigh you then....then it goes to weekly weigh ins at your meetings, etc.

We were all made to weigh in after three days and had to be weighed twice a week for the first two weeks.I think its so they can gauge when you are in full ketosis.
