Hi all
I really let go at xmas, very stupid of me. I dragged myself back on LT on 2/1/09 I managed to lose my weight gain and lost 2lb but hadnt been weighed since the 19/12 so it was nothing to be proud of. I feel secure on LT but after reading threads everybody seems to struggle keeping the weight off and end up coming back to LT. It has made me realise that I will struggle when im maintaining. I was surprised how easily I went back to my old ways and that scares the life out of me. All the people who praise me about my weight loss don't help because weirdly enough i dont' want to be noticed. I know it sound daft but I think if i put it all back on I know what they will be thinking. Also my dad thinks I should stop he is worried about the amount I have lost in such a short time. Everyone else is saying you dont need to lose anymore which is a common thing to say I know, so I dont let that bother me. Does anyone else get told their face is too thin lol. Sorry to have gone on so much, I just wondered can anyone else relate to my issues or am i very strange.

i got told that i looked like a heroin addict by my own dad so i know how you feel hun, do what you feel is best for you, i dont know what to say about going back to your old habits hun as everyone is different, i sometimes eat things that i used to eat but in smaller portions, literally a quarter of what i used to eat, i dont think anyone should stop eating the food they used to eat but eat it in moderation and try to get the right balance of the healthy food over the not so healthy stuff that most of us like to induldge in from time to time.

lipotrim helped me to realise that i really didnt need to eat those foods all the time, it is there as a treat but i try to be 'good' 90% of the time. good luck and i hope you work something out.

do what is right for you,not for anyone else. xxxx

Hi nicki
Thank you for the reply, it really helps, your before and after pictures are amazing, you look stunning. I really enjoy my new shape so a big part of me tells me to enjoy treats as you say now and again. I hope I learnt a lesson at xmas and will have better self control. Its true that the rubbish I like to eat doesn't make me feel good. So it up to me and only me to change my habits.
Good luck with your maintenance you have done so well.:):)

thankyou :D you can do it hun, takes a bit of getting used to that's all. i am sure the next time round you wont make the same mistakes again and yes it is about changing habits, you're right, lipotrim is probably the biggest habit change you will ever make ! you have gone from eating whatever you like to eating nothing, so i am sure if you put your mind to it you will learn to control what you eat in the future.

thankyou for the nice comment on my before n after pics too :D
