Weigh & measure???

Hi folks, I'm very new to CD ( day 7 today) and I've noticed that very few people mention being measured by their CDC ......but my lady measured me on day 1 and says its helpful to measure cos some weeks when you don't see weight loss you are likely to see inch loss.
What's other folks experience of this?

I've had a frustrating month or so with weight loss (only 2-3lbs per week for over a month!) however my inch loss has been consistently good. It's really satisfying to see the numbers on the scale go down, so weeks where the scales don't show much loss it can be disheartening. However it's good to keep in mind that we're doing this to lose inches and get down to a smaller size so the inch losses are what we're looking for :)

The scales can be affected by the time of the month (women), water retention, constipation etc. so it's great your consultant measures you regularly so you can see the results when the scales don't show them. It's been a big boost for me as my pound loss has been slow!
