Weighed myself today

    Disgusted with myself tbh! Weighing in at 23stone8lb! thats disgusting giving my age! God imagine how big i was while i was pregnant! Made me even more determend to do this diet! Cant wait to get started as soon as my moneys sorted :eek:.
    I tried one of my sisters shakes [as a hot choc] today, the choc mint one, its lush! and filled me up, thats all ive had for my tea!
    Really hoping i can do this, i cant afford to get any bigger, my life is now at risk imo, so im doing this for my gorgeous daughter and myself!
    Did anyone start around this weight, and how much have u lost and how long/quick it take you?

    good luck with your journey, i started out as 20st . 7 lb on 4th january, have lost 60 lbs now which is just over 4 stone, people are actually starting to notice now. You seem in the right mind frame to start, you will soon be dropping those pounds!

    ive just realised how much weight i have to lose! its scared me, can i really do this? anyone out there lost this much?

    Hi Kimmie, Just wanted to wish you luck when you start on 11th April. If you can get through the first week, then you should be just fine. I really can't believe that I don't get hungry on just three sachets a day, but it's true.

    Hey Kimmie.. thats exactly how much i weighed when i started..! and its like.. "where the heck do i go from here".. well trust me.. you can do it.. you really really can.. dont think about how much you have to lose.. do it in steps.. thats what ive done anyways.. it seems a lot less daunting that way..

    Hope you're ok.. and remember to keep posting here.. it keeps motivation up..!!!!!!!!!!

    im determend to do it, need to look good for summer, just hope i lose enough for people to notice by then!, my sisters lost 4stone [megmax] and she looks amazing, really proud of her! just hope that, being bigger, i look just as good!

    hi hun like kitten said do it in steps not in one big chunk.

    when i started cd i was 25st 7lbs im only on week 2 and im now 24st 6lbs.

    ull will do this hun just one day at a time

    im more worried of shoving food in my mouth before i realise im on a diet! and giving in to the hunger pains, im so scared, but i NEED to do this

    When i feel like im gonna "cheat".. i go to the inspiration thread at the top.. and look at all the amazing people who have done it.. and survived.. hehe.. or i look at clothes i want to be able to fit into on the internet.. i normally post them here too.. so i can say "some day.. SOON.. im going to fit into these/this".. and i find it normally gets rid of those little hunger pangs..

    and remember to drink TONS of water.. its so good for you..

    kim i started at 20 and a half stone. im under 17 now and even that has made a huge difference to my health.I am doing this for myself,my health and i want to be around for my little girl and not be a fat mummy etc you can and will do this ok we are all here to support u

    Hi Kimmie, I started at 22 stones 13 lbs on the 26 January and I've lost three stones so far. I've just taken 4 bin bags of clothes to the charity shop as they were ALL too big. You can do this! And you've found a great site for motivation and help. Good luck.

    Set your self monthly targets hun or 10% that way you reach a goal fast .It really helps .I had a lot to lose still a bit to go but it has gone very fast before you know it you will be where I am now .Good luck on your journey it is the best thing you will ever do for yourself xxx

    Kimmie you will be fine duck - I started at 24.4 and once you start its incerdible how quickly it dissapears. My CDC's CDC lost 11st in 7 months!!!
