Weighing Every Day - A Mistake?

I've not had time to read every reply so I may be repeating someone, but I weigh myself every day.
I find that if I put weight on one day I still lose the following. It is just fluctuations & ALL of us have them.
Weighing every day is a massive motivational thing for me, but you have to be prepared to take the rough with the smooth.
Just remember that if you do put on one morning it WILL come off soon as it's impossible for it not too. x
