Hello, first time poster here. I've been attending SW for 4 weeks now, every wednesday at 9.30. Over christmas I am travelling to see my family, so I will have to drop in to new groups in the evening for the next two weeks. I'm pretty sure my weight will be quite different in the evening, considering food and water weight, to how it is in the morning. Should I just attend and 'put on' or should I weigh myself at home at the normal time to get a more accurate result? Thanks for any help
