weighing scales

hi all

i know ths question must have been asked lots of times but its confusing

i woke up this morning went to the bathroom and weighed myself i was 12.10 (yippeeee) but then i just weighed myself again and im 12.12 just in 1 hour ive gone up 2 lbs.

i know i should have just weighed myself once but i think im getting addicted to it.

please can some1 tell me which 1 is accurate or is it the scales.

weight flucuates all the time so this is why you shouldnt keep hopping on the scales.. I try and limit myself to 2 a week but even this is bad !!.

I personally would say that if you have to weigh yourself then do it as soon as you get up as this should be your true weight.

Did you drink anything between the 2? Did you pee before one but not the other? There at lots of reasons it could seem like you've put on 2lbs but I can assure you you haven't. There will be a logical reason for it and I will bet you it doesn't involve fat appearing from no where!:D
All I can recommend is to lay off the scales...they have eary powers that mess with your head!:beam:
