weight gain first week

    hi all

    i just weighed myself....started on weds....and ive put on couple of pound.....y....:(

    My start weight was 15.8, im 36, i use the online thing and goto class....my points r 24. Im also drinkin water. I dont wanna be weighed tues n hav a gain.

    Do u think i should cut it down to 21 or something??????

    I think your weight can fluculate throughout the day, so the best time to weigh yourself is a similar time on the the same day of the week.

    I would probably leave it until Wednesday, but I am quite new to ww.

    I never weigh myself between official weigh ins as weight can fluctuate. So don't worry just stick to your daily points and relax.

    Dont weigh yourself between official wi's your weight can fluctuate by several lbs depending on the time of day etc.

    You wont get a true result until your proper wi

    Yes, wait and see what your wi says. If it then turns out you haven't had the results you would have hoped for, then is the time to look at what you are eating.

    well been weighed today and lost a grand total of 0.5lb :(

    stuck to my points, they've said not to reduce them yet

    Have they checked what you've been eating to make sure you're calculating your points correctly?

    Why not start a food diary, sometimes having someone else look at things helps.

    I know it is not a lot but things can only get better. Did you keep a tracker as I know when I don't write it down I put on.

    Are you weighing and measuring?
