One of the biggest reasons why you shouldnt scale hop, if u do be aware that you will see huge variations in your weight over the day..

hiya, dont worry according to one of the tips on my wii fit game youre weight changes throughout the day by 2.2lbs so if you stick to weighing your self at the same time every day you shouldny see a drastic change

I can often weigh 3-4 lb heavier after I have had lots to drink...

I now have learnt to look at the very big picture... my monthly losses... although I do scale hop, its now more of an interest thing!

Chill... you will do fine :)

I usually gain 4 to 5lbs in a day, so my advise is to step away from the scales and just do it at the same time each week!
