Weight has gone up??

My weight has gone up Monday I was 16:2 I am now 16:4.

Lol not best pleased but I will wait until Monday to see what my actual weight is

I also weigh everyday.

Over the past 14days I have sts (though Ive bounced up and down with several 3lb fluctuations).

It's frustrating - but I know I'm 100% SSing, so there's nothing more I can do. It'll come off eventually.

(I still have over 3stone to lose to be bmi 25, so its not because I'm close to goal)

Weightloss is not linear. So don't expect it to be.

I'm another one who weighs daily

My weight fluctuates hugely on a daily basis. But I know that I haven't cheated so it doesn't bother me too much. I just go by my weekly weigh in and base my losses on that.
