Step3 1000kcal WEIGHT LOSS AND TOTM

Hi everyone just wondering how much can TOTM effect weightloss on CWP. Im new to this just got to end of second week due to my shift pattern got first official weigh in on Monday
and will be TOTM ..... so dont want to be disappointed. Will keep posted and set up tracker etc. all info helpful thanks xxx

I think its different for everyone, for me personally I find my loss to be small if I have any at all the week before TOTM then afterwards a big loss so I think it balances out!

Hey shygirl! I find my TOTM ruins my WI's as for the past three months the week when I'm on I have a pound weight loss... A measley pound but then the week after I drop 9lbs!!! <---- I don't know who was more shocked me or my CDC I made her weigh me three times just to be sure! But it was right! But as it's already been said everyone is different
