I get like that, so I whip out my big trousers, which now look ridiculous

great! I notice we have similar amounts to lose, so hopefully we can support each other on the way down! My exercise plan at the moment is 20 min cross trainer with 30/40 mins hand weights and toning exercises and 20 min rebounder with 20 min ab work.
I m going to try and work out at least 4 times a week and alternate routines. I stuck to this Mon-wed last week but then it all went pear shape so am going to try and commit fully. I am also going to work on my diet more and become alot stricter, all sounds great in theory!;) so good luck to us all!

Wow your doing alot if exercise, you make me look lazy lol
Just make sure you don't work yourself too hard to the point you will just give up espesh if your anything like me ha!
I've done an hour of body jam tonight which was alot of fun and very tiring!! Think ill be aching tomorrow.
Had an awful day food wise to the point it's not even worth writing down so I'm drawing a big fat line and will be more possitive tomorrow :) x

That's the plan, but its really hard sticking to it with work and a little un. I really believe exercise is the key to keeping slim;as soon as I stopped exercising regularly a few years back that's when all the weight started to creep on, I think dieting gets you slim but exercise will keep it off. Also I was much more motivated to eat healthier when I was exercising, I just need to practice what I preach!:rolleyes: how do people who lead really busy lives motivate themselves to workout and not just flop on the sofa of a night?
Anyway you have done really well already, losing over a stone and a half!! I'm thinking of doing a food photo diary with my phone as I am terrible at writing everything down, so if I just had to take a picture I'm thinking I might stick to it! Also after I've been doing it a while, it will hopefully give me ideas for meals when planning (something I struggle with) and I will be able to monitor my portion size (the camera doesn't lie!). Well enough talking bout it I need to start putting all of this into action.:)

Yeah the photo diary sounds really good :) I don't tend to take photos of my meals tbh but it's prob cuz their boring and plain lol need to improve my cooking skills....good luck on your journey Hun I think youl do just fine :) xx
