Weight loss calculator

Hi,
Does anyone know where I can find the downloadable weight loss calculator spread sheet? I got it on here a few years ago but can't find it now. I'm not doing Cambridge but the calculator was for anybody and gave you percentages and estimated time of when you would be done. Anyone?

im not sure if its the same as what you're looking for but there is a fantastic spreadsheet in the stickys above someone has made in excel?
