Rumbly is doing 810 and has had similar weight losses to me and I'm SS x

i lost 2.5lbs last weigh in. i was gutted :( was hoping for at least 3lbs. i've got a lot less to loose and do do exercise which can build muscle up which can weigh the same as fat pound for pound so i could be loosing inches instead.

Hi hun,

I'm on the 810 and in the past have lost an average 3 pounds a week.

For me this plan works better as I don't find the diet so tough and am less likely to 'cheat'

Of course this is just me and you may lose more or less so perhaps give it a few weeks and see how you get on?
