weight loss

Hi all im a lurker and have been here for two weeks. In the first week i lost 8 lbs but this week i seem to have put on one and a half. I have not eaten cheese tomatoes or even tea or milk and ive never eaten any atkins products. Im normally at around 25 carbs a day or under. I have bacon and eggs for breakfast some almonds and chicken for lunch pork scratchings for snacks and olives. Not normally hungry at dinner so just have some fish or pork with cauli or veg.

The only thing i can think of is that i have not 'been' since monday. Can anyone help me?

Hi I am only on my third week so not an expert but I don't think u are supposed to eat nuts or seeds in induction, you are also only supposed to have 20g of carbs a day. Hope this helps xxx

You need to get most of your carbs from veg, especially the leafy green sort.
Yes, you should be getting the majority of your carbs from 3 mugs of chopped green leaf veggies a day, that'll help with the constipation as well.
