    I am disappointed that I am varying between 3 - 4lbs a week, should be happy I haven't STS any week. I feel your pain.

    I think as I am nearing my goal I am beginning to think that I could lose these few extra lbs on a healthy eating plan, sticking with it though 20 days to go (not that I'm counting).
