    Hi Guys,

    My Gym offers a weight management programme. I'm not sure if anyones ever followed anything like this before but I thought it looked really good

    Seminars
    There are 8 seminars which cover all aspects of weight loss and weight management including Weight Loss/Gain, Physical Activity, Psychology of Eating, Understanding Food Labels, Energy Balance and Optimum Nutrition.


    1-2-1 meetings
    You will meet with the programme leader every 2 weeks to discuss your progress, any pitfalls, make plans and future prospects – be inspired and motivated.


    Measurement
    We will confidentially monitor your weight and body measurements to keep you reassured and focussed.


    Food diaries
    Know what you eat, what you really, really eat! We will show you how you can enjoy food and keep at the weight you want to be!


    Exercise
    Feel your energy levels soar in our group personal training sessions and personalised gym programmes, to really help you to reach your goals. We know this combination is guaranteed to get you the weight loss you need.

    Non-members: £150

    If you want to have a true understanding of the way your body works with food...then do it :D

    Its all relative, your body/food/energy levels/exercise

    it will probably be the best thing you will invest in...it will learn you the science of your body....rather than just telling you what to eat :gimi:
