Weight of litres in pounds etc cant remember

    Im reading every now and again on here for example 1 pint of water is 2 pounds on the scales

    Have i dreamt that ? whats 1.5 litres of water = ?

    Found the answer on google (should have looked there first!)

    Its 2.2 pound to a litre :D i think

    Wow! I usually drink 3 litres before I get weighed, as I get weighed after work.

    When I'm close to goal I'm going to ask my CDC if I can go on a Saturday morning!!

    haha .. well i get weighed in bout 9/10 am when not much water has gone into me loooool if i was weighing at night i'd lay off drink for about 2-3 hours previous.. obsessed lol

    I'm sooo jealous lol! I get up at 6.30am and don't see my CDC until 5.30pm. I can't get through without water.

    I'm so obsessed I don't have a bar on my weigh in day, only a tetra as in my head they're 'better' than bars. And the day before I have soup at night as I think it's 'better'. Ridiculous as I much prefer bars and porridge!

    Did you all eat before your first WI? Assuming if so, then don't stop not eating. It's not worth it!

    I am soo sad, I get weighed at 5pm, and don't drink anything after 12pm, and make sure I visit the ladies at every opportunity. I'd love a Saturday weigh in but don't think it is an option for me.

    No I do eat but I eat 'liquids' ie shakes or tetras because in my head they're better for me than bars! I have 2 CDs and 3 litres of water before I weigh.
