weight watchers select meal

Have 10 ww select meals in freezer which were all free so don't want to throw em away so thinking of using 1 a wk for next 10 wk but no idea how many syns they are.
Please can someone check online for me.

I think would need to know what kind they are as different meals would have different syn values x
