Weight watchers simple start

    im new to weight watchers and my leader has recommended starting with simple start. Breakfast and lunch ok but what do you eat for dinner?

    isnt dinner dry doing it this way? My other half likes sauces for dinner but I haven't a cle what to eat except spaghetti bolognaise or chilli.

    please help. Have looked through some food diarys but they start off ok then go off on a tangent about dogs and log burners. Sadly neither of which bother me.

    you could use passata, the low fat natural yogurt and indian spices to make a curry?

    Bit rude about the diaries tbh - people aren't there to post what you're bothered about ;)

    Ww do some ok sauces peri peri and a mozzarella and rocket one ooundland and tesco fo them. But I tell you one I make and it, s . Onion, aubergine, corregette , pepoers any colour, garlic amd mushrooms I start them off with a little fry light and if it starts burning add a little water then ince the veg has softened a bit add tom puree and tinned toms turn heat down and simmer. Add salt and pepper to you liking. I have this with chicken breast and rice white or brown . You can have it with pork and pasta even add some chilli or herbs to change it up a bit to make different meals .

    Agree completely I find this site great and will chat about anything as long as I lose weight lol
