Weight Watchers Soft Cheese...

Hi! Does anyone know if you can count Weight Watchers 'Low fat soft cheese with roasted onion and chive' as a HE?? And if so how much can you have?? It's a 200g tub... thanks in advance! xx

Soft cheese is only a HEB and then only on green days - I think you will be allowed 57g of this - 85g if it was extra light
