I got some of these out of the chillers have both the spinach and tomato ones, but i missed class last week so dont know the syns would be grateful if anyone can help me out xx

can you post the info and i can do it online as it doesnt seem to have those ones on there,
you know cals,fat, carbs, protein that sort of thing and the serving size

thanks, serving = 125 g, per 100g kcals=222, protein 8.9, carb=40.4, fat 2.7, fibre 4.8. The main food is pasta
