does anybody else find that they weigh more ona night than they do on a morning?
ive had a few cheeky checks and i was really happy this morning, but i just checked again for sum stoooopid reason, and im 3lb's heavier!!
im not weighing myself anymore, just leaving it to my cdc...but was just curious...

Hun you're carrying water at the end of the day and water retention varies from day to day. I find its better to weigh yourself once a week at the same time, that way you get an accrate reading. Hope that helps. xx

My body's weird and i actualyl weigh heavier in a morning than i do at tea time but i weigh heavier before bed infact my scales are rubbish coz they've gone from being 2lbs out to being 10lbs out so it's lovely when i get weighed at CDC's coz i have no idea how much i've lost til i get there lol

Yeh I agree with Rayven, try not to weigh yourself too much otherwise you might dissappoint yourself and make it harder. If you wait for the weekly, the result will be much more satisifying!
