Hi there just wondering if there was a set weight to join? I went to class to register last week and I'm 8stone she said legally they cannot take me. I explained I was there to maintain my weight and eat healthy but refused to take me

They will only let you join unless you have 7lbs to lose.
I suppose that is because it is a weight loss programme. Once a member has lost their wait they can then stay on for free as long as they attend once every two months.

They will not let you join if your bmi is below average aswell x
