I had a look through the stickied thread for Weightwatchers products and I couldn't find these up there!

I was wondering if anyone is able to tell me the syn values of the following:

Weightwatchers Bolognase Al Forno (Chilled)
Weightwatchers Sausages and Mash (chilled)
Weightwatchers Spaghetti Bolognase (Frozen)

hi - spaghetti, 320g pack (frozen) = 5 syns on EE & green, 8 syns on red

is the sausage with cider gravy & veg mash? if so: EE & red = 7 syns & green = 9 syns (400g pack - chilled)

can't find the al forno......

hi, sorry - the image doesn't seem to b appearing. I'm just going off the text in the book anyway so the pic might not mean much to me anyway, Im not that knowledgable on WW meals. hope u get ur answers soon...
