I joined weightwatchers online today, after i'd eaten breakfast, lunch, snacks etc.
I've tracked what i've eaten today but it's really used up lots of my points for the week.
Should I delete todays and enter from tomorrow? I've re-set my weigh in to Monday as I prefer to weigh in then so will my points re-set on Monday?
