Thanks for all your good wishes.
Actually, I have an enormous confession to make, I have been a "Lurker" on Discovery Health and on here for 2 years now!!!
I did Lighterlife from Jan to March 2005, lost 3 Stone 2 lbs and have now put back on 2 Stone and am re-joining Cambridge Diet on Friday of this week. Believe me, the only way I can see myself through this diet is to have you lovely bunch keeping an eye on me!
