    To Me!!

    I first started S&S almost a year ago after doing 6 weeks of Lipotrim and got to my target weight (all but a few pounds). Now I am back on it because I have booked a holiday abroad for May this year, I know I will definitely NOT fit in any of my summer clothes!
    Since stopping S&S I have put on exactly 20lbs (a stone and half) which I think is not too bad and hopefully will not be too difficult to shed. I started on Thursday and I am now remembering how hard the first week is on VLCD, especially the first weekend :(

    I just keep telling myself that once this week is over things will be easier! It is 15 weeks until my holiday so by then I should of reached my target weight (again) and finished refeed, it is the first time I have been abroad on my own with my Son so need to feel confident in all ways especially as he will probably be off with new found friends and leaving me on my own for most of the week :sigh2:
