I just ate an onion ring crisp! Only one out of habit while doing ny boy's lunches but would have quite happily destroyed the bag. x

I would forget about eating one and be immensely proud that you didnt destroy the whole lot! Shows how much of our issues with food are down to habits etc and not hunger but on the road to changing all this. God bless this forum :)

I never let myself feel guilty. I have BED so the moment i start to feel guilty i binge....and i'd rather have a blip then a binge and laxative session! Thanks everyone :) x

Well good good for u. Guilt is a totally pointless and harmful emotion anyway. Im similar in that previously before starting CD if i ate one bad thing id berate myself and then do it again in a little cycle and then when im feeling totally sick i cried my eyes out. So wrong! Im chuffed that today i managed to turn the guilt in to something constructive. My garden certainly appreciates it, ive yanked out a lot of weeds today lol! X

I definitely deserve a place right at the top of the naughty step today! I'm weak and I've caved in, having a day off and I'll be back to CD tomorrow starting from day 1 all over again... I know I CAN do this, just let habit & boredom get the better of me today, but I'm back in work tomorrow so there'll be no boredom & plenty of distractions!! x
 
my '2 day planned days off' has turned into 5 :( + i would love to say ive been sensible but i haven't unfortunetly + i shall be paying the price for this tommorrow when i get back to SS 100% untill goal!

im not having any more 'planned' days off as its a huge step back + will be torture getting back into ketosis so going to stay strong + stick with it 100% i havent been weighed since coming off cd.. i lost 10.5lb in 2 weeks (ss+) + im worried il step on the scales tommorrow + be back at square 1... will be gutted but i no it'l be gone again within a week so not going to dwell on it too much! im seeing my cdc on fri so atleast ill be back in ketosis by then + back on track!

MissieCB + lil_legs i no u came off diet last week + managed to get back on track + so im going to be strong like u both but need your support next few days as going to be tough :( how u both feeling now?

laurenmay- we'll both be starting again tommorrow so we'll keep eachother encouraged + in check lol xx

Yep we definitely need to keep each other going from tomorrow out :) I'm gonna stick to SS+ 100% too with no days off cause I wanna get down to goal before any bad food touches my lips again! We'll do this :) x
 
I'm doing good thanks, been 100% since weds.. Now the lowest I've been and just desperately wanting pizza but I'm trying to tell myself to wait til next weekend when I have a day off and I can have it then, I WANT to see 10 st next week so I need to keep going!!

Good on you getting back on track xx

You are so determined, its really admirable! Ive been 100% today and yest and shall reward myself with a little weigh tomorrow. Only thing thats got to me is the only 80g green veg thing, i dont really get it and i MISS veggies!!

I'd kill for some extra cucumber for my tuna lol but carbs won't let me! Hehe!

Honestly guys don't let these days get to you. It's not about how long it takes us to get there as long as we get there in the end :) These blips make us realise just how we got to where we are today....almost like teaching us things we never knew about ourselves. Tomorrows another day and a day closer to goal! x
