Well after 2 weeks faffing about I finally got through day 1 !!

At last!Day 2(of the millionth restart) today and doing well.If I can just get through the first week I'll be fine after that.I have a horrible headache today Feeling smug though cos my friend who restarted yesterday too gave in and ate and I resisted

Well done! Keep motivated - this diet really does work - with quick results! Just remember how yucky it feels getting into Ketosis (headache) and it will keep you motivated to not eat (and so knock you out of it!)
