    im well chuffed had cod in batter for lunch with salad and it was sooooo nice, been told it was 7 for it but im goin to aim for 9 just to on safe side, i no that will fill me rest of day and i will not need dinner :D wil have a bowl of cheerios and slice of toast before bed maybe.. iv even 2 points saved after havin that lovely cod :D i luv ww:party0011:xxx

    breakfast - 1 slice toast n an egg - 3

    snack - nutrigrain bar (apple) - 2

    lunch - cod in batter with side salad - 9

    dinner - bowl of cheerios with 125ml semi skimmed milk & slice of toast with tsp low fat spread - 5

    (1/4 pint semi skimmed milk) 1

    total - 20
    saved - 2
