I Need to weigh in desperately I'm well and truly off track and can't get back on. Would appreciate some motivation advice of there's any going.
 
I would say start again right now at this moment. Forget what you have eaten already, start fresh right now. Allow yourself 15 syns and your healthy extras as though your starting the day. That way your not going to feel deprived today when your not in a great mind set. Hopefully that will get you back on track ready to continue tomorrow.
 
Draw a line under everything and start again, allow yourself your syns and whatnot and don't dwell on where you went wrong before, eat what you want as long as your syns/HE's allow (flexy syn if you have to), find a reason to lose weight and concentrate on it, write it down and pin it up so you can see it, help you stay on course :)

Says me, who's gone off course this week and can't get back on, I should listen to my own advice!
