Well that was unexpected....

I went to my weigh in this week hoping for my usual 2 and a half lbs possibly 3 and i looked down at the scales and I have lost 6 lbs this week!! I was so suprised I had a little excited outburst in the pharmacy which made the woman who weighs me laugh! So I am well on my way to my 2 stone xmas goal.... 8lbs to go!! xxx
