Hi all!

I undertsand how the wendie plan works and I am keen to try it as I am totally stuck with my weight loss and hit a plateau after losing 2 stone

The thing I'd like to know is DOES IT WORK? Have you tried it? How much did you lose? Was it more than when just on WW?

Hiya.. i haven tried it, but i know people who have and have said it works... if you have got stuck then you could try simply filling?? i did it when i stopped loosing last year and it worked... or you could try upping your exercise? x

I tried the Wendie plan and it didn't work for me - I maintained.
