Wend's Diary

I'm determind to get back to the weight I was 3 years ago (about 10 stone). I had worked hard to get there and had never in my life felt so good about myself. Then unfortunelty my dad lost his fight with Cancer. Being Daddys girl this broke my heart and I turned to food to make me feel better. 4 1/2 stone later I need to sort myself out and get back to where I was.

I joined Weight Watchers but after 8 weeks I've only lost 4lbs. I'm really struggerling and need help.

From the start I've realised excercise will play a big part in my weight lose and I'm really enjoying it, my when it comes to eating well this is where I struggle.

So I've decided to write everything down and hopefully when I have a little relapse someone could give me a little kick!
