went a bit of track let's get back on it!!

    heya went a bit of track for the past week and a bit so today is a new day lets start afresh! :)

    been good so far today and hope it will continue, stocked up on fruit and veg on way home so no excuses lol!

    started off with a weekend of food and drink and my mates house the weekend before last one, then wasn't staying at my own house all last week so had to rely on takeaways and such, argh!!

    so back with hopefully the motivation to make it a good week and get back on track!!

    I'm with you, had a bad couple of days hoping to get back to normal now. It's hard today as I'm not well. But as soon as well, it's back to normal exercise regime and 100 % SW. :)
