Brilliant that's good to know! Although when I had that at my weatherspoons it did taste quite oily so may be worth checking they're boiling and not fry cooking the noodles (may just be my weatherspoons!). X

If you type in wetherspoons on the slimming world syn checker online, this is actually just 1 syn without the chicken breast - but be careful as it goes to 9 with the chicken - can only assume that means the chicken is deep fried?

i wouldnt have it with the chicken as i wouldnt want to waste that many syns on a piece of chicken!!..
just wondered what else you could have along side the noodles, but still keeping it rather low syn wise?

I have the superfood salad with it and mix it into the noodles, with no chicken or dressing it is 2 syns... although I'm so confused about the syn values...

Superfood Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, per serving 11½ 11½ 11½
Superfood Salad with Chicken & Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, per serving 11½ 11½ 20½
Superfood Salad with Salmon & Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, per serving 8 8 26½
Superfood Salad without Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, per serving 2 2 2

The dressing adds 9.5 syns, unless you have the salmon? but the chicken doesn't change the syns?

I know the chicken is grilled not deep fried (by OH's son works in the Kitchen) so I would have thought the syns might be a little higher then free as there may well be additives to the chicken, but 9 syns worth?
