    I had a veggies breakfast today but didn't eat all of it...I had- 1 veggies sausage, 1 fried egg, 1 hash brown, a tblsp beans, 1/2 grilled tomato and had 2 bacon as a side but left fat and blotted it as it was very greasy!!! any ideas on the damage people? i'm on a red day! thanks in advance... I had a go at working it out but I thought I could compare with your ideas...xxx

    i dunno but i bet it will be high plus you mixed the days by having beans and hash browns so they would become more syns,i dont think id wanna know what it was lol

    There can't have been much oil on the egg, so I'd probably guess around 5 syns for that. The hash brown would've probably been around 3.5 syns (according to the syn directory), plus the oil that would've been cooked in...
    I'd probably say around 10 for the lot?
