me to tbh. everyone should be taught to eat the way slimming worlders do at a young age and i think we wouldnt have such an obesity problem

Question though - do the SW scales weigh in smaller digits now? I though they only showed lbs or 1/2lbs? Sounds great as they'll be more accurate.

What plan did you follow (red or green or both) and what sort of things were you eating last week? I'm looking to vary my foods at the moment so really open to ideas!

15.7 means 15 and half lbs dont it?

i gave my diary ro my leader will try and remember what i had if i can it was all freshly made stuff

thursday green day

healthy a 3 mini babybel lite & 1oz cheddar grated
hexb 2 nimble bread 1hi fi bar

breakfast is fruit and muller lite
lunch pasta onion cucumber radishes tomatoes pear nectarine grated cheese on pasta
mid afternoon muller lite

dinner quorn sausages baked beans and boiled pots with skin on drizzled in worcester sauce i like it !

Friday

Healthy a 3 babybel & 1 oz cheddar
HealthyB 2 Bread 1Hi fi bar

Breakfast as above

lunch as dinner made enough

muller light fruit

dinner

quorn mince and pasta
full up nothing else

Saturday

Lunch 2 Rollmop herring

Dinner Chicken curry made from magazine booklet with potato and 2 mini naan WW ones 6 sins each ............

had dinner after weigh in

i have loads of fruit & veg and only drink peppermint tea diet coke and sugar free squash during the day twice this week ive had milky coffee

no idea at all i do not own scales and was gonna be happy with 2-3 lbs
 
WOW thats fantastic bet ur so proud i would be! keep up the good work, i have 8ish stones to loose so we can do it together if you want? im just about to start my SW journey!
