What a shocker - weigh in 19 march 2010

18st 5.5lb.

That is a loss of....wait for it.....3.5lb :eek: :eek:

As I didn't get weighed last week and I know that I had a bloody good week then, and this week have been soooo baaad, it does make me wonder what my loss would have been last week. Never mind, can't linger on that thought can I.

I still had l an excellent loss, over the 2 weeks, as i was expecting a gain of the same proportion, as have been on "see food diet" this week, if I've seen it I've eaten it, had a Large Dominoes Pizza son Saturday as early mothers day treat and then last night we had chinese Takeaway for our 21 Wedding Anniversary treat.

Got to be good this week but think my mojo is back and in place and as the weather is picking up I want and need to start losing the weight so that I don't look like a bright red, sweaty hot air balloon in the summer!!

Right am off to cook something healthy for lunch.
