Sorry to hear that you've had some bad news :(

SW is basically a low fat healthy eating plan. Not a fad diet, but a way of life.

Is it perhaps something that you need to discuss with your GP/carioligist before taking the leap?

IMO it certainly can't do you any harm, but then what do i know?! xx

Controlling your weight and a diet that is low in fat, cholesterol and salt will be beneficial so SW is ideal but if you have any doubts consult your GP.
