Well im doing ss+ been sticking to it 100% but been silly as the packs have been filling me up!! so not had the meal bad me!!!

so came home today and had broccolli and cauliflower was weird eating something lol and being full after such little

i suppose without the food it's just SS anyway so no harm done!

i know it was weird after 12wks 100% SS going onto 810 for a week. i was eating cold turkey and salad spinach and it was like heaven but i felt stuffed!!!! x
