Felt really poorly yesterday, maybe not enough carbs in the diet but had to lie down for a nap and then got up and had to have 2 oatcakes. Felt a bit better after that, so will up my veg today.
B: 2 eggs, bacon, tomato
L: Roast chicken, large salad, avocado, olive oil, vinegar
D: Grilled chicken caesar salad, grilled asparagus, grilled halloumi
S: celery and natural low carb peanut butter, bovril, jelly with double cream
E: Rest day today, feel like I have been overdoing it
W: 2 litres & mint tea
