What are we eating today?

Ooh, that piccy of the pork pie has made me hungry. Can't wait until I am on maintenance!!!!

Today's food:

B: Bacon and Chicken omelette
L: Feta cheese salad with lettuce, tomato and spring onions.
T: Homemade Coq Au Vin

Hard boiled egg for a snack this afternoon if needed.

Will *try* not to have a glass of wine tonight in front of "Peter Andre the next chapter" but I can't promise anything.....

L: The Cafe as usual
D: TGIF. The pub and then a donner or curry.

S- Small cheese salad (lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber,mayo)
L- crusless quiche
D- Chicken Salad (same as above except with chicken and a boiled egg)

Lunch - Prawn and avocado salad
Dinner - 2 100% pork sausages (are these ok?), celeriac mash

David had an ice cream cone a mars bar and sweeties after dinner tonight I was raging! lol :)

I had an Atkins shake for breakfast. Put some in my coffee then drank the rest.

Will have a cheese salad later (very easy on the extra mature cheddar!) and for supper, an omelette, accompanied by green beans and mashed cauliflower.

I aim for some good, clean Induction time now as I want to get into the 10s for Christmas. Ambitious maybe but not impossible and if I should lose only the 5lb I committed to this month I will still be pleased.

Need to lose 9lb to get comfortably into the 10s. Can I do it? I can try!

What did you think of the Atkins shake? Must admit, I wasn't convinced when i tried one a couple of weeks ago! Had an Atkins bar today and thought it was yummy. :D

The Atkins shakes are a bit of an acquired taste, I think. They taste a lot better now than they did a few years back.

The Atkins Advantage meal replacement bars are pretty yummy, I agree. I use them fairly regularly and find them tasty and convenient.

I tend not to eat the Endulge ones because they are just 'sweets'. Have tasted the Endulge Choc bar and it is delicious.

But I am trying to leave behind such longings, once and for all! I don't want to crave very sweet chocolate. So for me they are a no-no.

Many thanks for the encouragement - I am gonna try hard to make that target!
