Still here, just so busy at the moment.

Yesterday was
B: 2 Boiled Eggs
L: Ham and Eggs
D: Cheese stuffed chicken and Green Veg, Jelly with cream
W: 1.5 ltr
E: None
A: None

I weighed myself yesterday and had lost a pound in a week....not much considering first week but i do have to take into account 2 slips mid week and TOTM. As long as it keeps moving down its all good :)

where you get them from?

Sainsburys. They have salted or jalepeno. 60g bags for about a pound. I think the salted have 4.1g carbs and the jalepeno 4.9g.

Errrrm...today was due to a lack of planning and rushing out the door to work. I'd make more of an effort at home and shall prepare something tonight for tomorrow.

Tue 14/12 - Maint
B - flaxmeal porridge with cream
S - tuna mayo and cucumber
L - chicken thighs
S - rest of tuna mayo and cuc
D - got some mince out - also have some Debbie and Andrew sossies in the fridge, spring greens too yum (with butter)

W - usual 4 litres plus coffees
A - there is part bottle of red left from last night, might have one if I fancy it
E - wrapping pressies lol
