S - 4 slices corned beef, cheddar, a little boursin, bag of scratchings
W - enough to sink the Titanic

E - not today but soon - it's also 10 days since I did any running - are the two connected? I think so. (Not enough to be posting from a treadmill though, nutjob, LOL!)
B: Lamb curry leftovers with caulirice.
L: I'm going home to feed Olivia, Colleen will make something for lunch
D: Rouladen with steamed curly kale and purple spouting broccoli.
Rouladen are very thinly cut 8Oz beef steaks, made into a parcel containing lardons and chopped onions, cooked in red wine and garlic gravy
1. Fry the onions and lardons in some garlic butter, not to well done just lightly sauteed.
2. spread the steak out and put the lardon/onion on one end, roll the steak up and secure the ends, I just use some cocktail sticks, fry the steak for a while and then pour in the red wine gravy cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
I make my red wine gravy using a knob of butter, 2 glasses of red wine and reduce, then add a tiny tiny touch of xanthum gum
first day and feeling gooooood )
B: bacon and eggs
L: smoked salmon, mayo, romaine and cucumber
D: made a cheeseburger pie minus the onions with baby spinach (cant wait to try it, it smells yummy ) )
W: lots
E: give me a few days to ease myself into it LOL
